1. Acceptance of Terms

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of Account registration. era4d strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing our Services. Our Services are specifically designed for the Indonesian market and comply with applicable Indonesian regulations. Users accessing our platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You represent that You are not acting under duress, undue influence, or diminished mental capacity.
4. Single Account Policy: You may register and maintain only one Account with era4d. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts belonging to others, or allowing others to use Your Account is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
5. Financial Capability: You confirm that all funds deposited into Your Account are Your own, obtained legally, and not derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing.

By registering an Account, You warrant that all eligibility requirements are satisfied and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. era4d reserves the right to verify Your eligibility at any time and may request additional documentation to confirm compliance with these requirements.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access our gaming Services, You must complete the Account registration process by providing:

• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in Indonesia

• Residential address in Indonesia

You acknowledge that You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under Your Account, whether authorized by You or not. era4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to maintain Account security or from unauthorized access to Your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing Your first withdrawal, era4d requires completion of our KYC verification process. You must submit:

• A clear, legible photograph or scan of Your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or equivalent government-issued identification
• A selfie photograph holding Your identification document next to Your face (if requested)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)

We may request additional documentation at our sole discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of Your first withdrawal request may result in Account suspension. All submitted documents are processed securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

era4d accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other major Indonesian banks
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods. We do not charge deposit fees; however, Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made through major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed instantly and reflected in Your Account balance within 2-5 minutes. E-wallet deposits are usually instant. In rare cases, technical issues or bank processing delays may extend processing times to up to 24 hours.

If Your deposit does not appear in Your Account within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team with Your transaction reference number and proof of payment.

5.3 Deposit Limits

era4d may impose maximum deposit limits based on Your payment method, Account verification status, and applicable regulations. Current maximum deposit limits are:

• Major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Rp 100,000,000 per transaction
• Other banks: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction
• E-wallets: Rp 10,000,000 per transaction

You may set personal deposit limits as part of our responsible gaming tools. These self-imposed limits cannot be increased instantly; any request to raise personal deposit limits will be subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Process

To request a withdrawal, You must have completed KYC verification and Your Account must be in good standing. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet registered in Your name that was used for deposits, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. era4d does not charge withdrawal fees for verified accounts; however, Your receiving bank or e-wallet may impose their own fees.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Standard withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are:

• Bank transfers: 15 minutes to 2 hours during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 WIB); up to 24 hours outside banking hours and on weekends
• E-wallets: 15 minutes to 1 hour

VIP tier members enjoy priority processing with faster withdrawal times. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 48 hours to process.

6.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be delayed, restricted, or declined in the following circumstances:

• Incomplete or failed KYC verification
• Active bonus with unfulfilled wagering requirements
• Suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms
• Outstanding account verification requests
• Insufficient wagering of deposited funds (see Section 6.4 below)

6.4 Wagering Requirements for Withdrawals

To prevent money laundering and ensure fair play, era4d requires that all deposited funds be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. For example, if You deposit Rp 1,000,000, You must place bets totaling at least Rp 1,000,000 before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement applies to deposits made without claiming any bonus. Deposits made with bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated in the bonus terms.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

era4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to enhance Your gaming experience. Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, minimum odds, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. These specific terms are provided on the promotional page for each bonus offer.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to players who have completed Account verification and are in good standing. Only one active bonus per Account is permitted at any time; You may not claim multiple bonuses simultaneously.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times You must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before withdrawal eligibility. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means You must place Rp 3,000,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal.

Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat): 20% contribution
• Live casino: 10% contribution
• Sports betting: Varies by odds (typically minimum odds of 1.50 required)

7.3 Bonus Abuse

era4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage betting, or any other activity deemed to be taking unfair advantage of promotional offers. Our decision on bonus abuse matters is final.

8. Betting Rules and Game Play

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed through era4d are governed by our specific game rules and betting regulations. It is Your responsibility to understand the rules of any game or bet before participating. Rules for individual games are available on the respective game pages.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by our system, it cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error as determined by era4d in our sole discretion.

8.2 Sports Betting

• Arbitrage betting or syndicate betting

12. Limitation of Liability

• Technical failures, interruptions, or downtime

In no event shall era4d's total liability to You for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount You have deposited into Your Account in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or Your use of our Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between You and era4d.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration law. The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English language.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from Your use of our Services must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose, or else such claim shall be permanently barred.

14. Account Closure and Termination

You may close Your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, You may withdraw any remaining balance in Your Account, subject to completion of any wagering requirements and pending verification checks.

era4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close Your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe You have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In such cases, we may forfeit any funds in Your Account if the closure is related to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, all rights granted to You under these Terms will immediately cease, and You must discontinue all use of our Services.

15. Amendments to Terms

era4d reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. In some cases, we may also send notifications via email or platform announcements.

Your continued use of our Services after changes to these Terms constitutes Your acceptance of the modified Terms. If You do not agree with the changes, You must discontinue use of our Services and close Your Account.
